Wicked Caesar Dressing
Dare I say, this version beats out any store bought version I’ve had! Tangy thanks to lemon juice and capers, and Good Karma Parma added at the end for that Parmesan taste and texture. Boom! Success.*see recipe notes for mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup Good Karma Parma
- 2 Tbs capers
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except Good Karma Parma to food processor and process for about 30 seconds at the end, pulse to combine the Good Karma Parma.
Notes
*I prefer the JUST brand garlic mayo. If using a different brand, I would add 1/2 tsp garlic powder to the recipe as well.
