Ingredients
  

  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 small avocado or 1/2 large
  • 3/4 cup aquafaba the amount from 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbs agave or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbs walnuts omit if desired

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips and walnuts into food processor (or high powered blender) and blend on med/high until well combined.

  • Stir in half the chocolate chips

  • Spread evenly into a parchment lined 8"x 8" sheet pan

  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and the walnuts on top. Gently press in.
  • Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
